Muhammad in Bible (Deuteronomy : 33 : 1-2)

The prophet Moses said to the Israelites before his death,

“The Lord came from Sinai, And dawned on them from Seir; He shone forth from Mount Paran, And He came with ten thousands of saints; From His right hand Came a fiery law for them. Yes, He loves the people; All His saints are in Your hand; They sit down at Your feet; Everyone receives Your words." (New King James Version)

Moses' words above were important message to his people. Because it happened in the time when he would pass away. In the times like this, someone would say the words which should be important message for the people who heard them.
Above saying was sentence which had allegory meaning. Those words were prophecy which we mean in this book. Those are words which had another meaning from the implied words.
These prophecies informed that there would be two prophets after the death of Moses. Both prophets were identified with the mount or hill where they were sent.

"The Lord came from Sinai

Before both prophets came, Moses had already came with the revelation he got in mount Sinai. He got the revelation directly from Allah there.

And dawned on them from Seir

Then, the next prophecy said there would come a prophet from Seir. Mount Seir is a mount located in Hebron Palestine. Moses prophesied that there would come a prophet from mount Seir. The prophet would have high and great position just like Moses. He was like a sun that lighted the Children of Israel (Jews). He would give radiance which would guide them to his loved path.
The Prophet whom Moses meant was Jesus. He was a messenger who was sent to the Children of Israel that lived in Palestine, the land where Mount Seir existed. He was sent to bring the Children of Israel out of darkness which closed them from the righteousness and the teaching of Torah.
Then, the prophecy moved to a prophet who would come from a place named Mount Paran,

He shone forth from Mount Paran, And He came with ten thousands of saints; From His right hand Came a fiery law for them. Yes, He loves the people; All His saints are in Your hand; They sit down at Your feet; Everyone receives Your words."

The Scholars had agreed that Paran is Mecca. In Torah, it was said that Abraham left his son, Ishmael and his wife, Hagar in a place named Paran. That is a hilly desert where no one lived inside. The verse prophesied that there would come a prophet from Paran who would become messenger of God.
This prophecy became reality with the deputation of the Prophet Muhammad. He was a man who was born in Mecca and grew up in that city. Mecca was the first city where he propagated his faith and teaching. Islam was first propagated there. Beforehand, there was no prophet whom Allah sent to Paran. They who lived in Paran were the descendant of Ishmael that worshipped Allah. But as the time went, they changed his pure teaching with idols. Ka'bah which was actually the House of Allah was stained with improper things.

            And He came with ten thousands of saints;

The next prophecy said that there would come with him ten thousand holy and devout people. They would accompany him in a journey. This prophecy was precise with the event of Fathul Mecca.
When the position of the Muslims became stronger in Madinah, Allah ordered his messenger and his followers to sanctify Mecca from polytheism. This event was called with Fathul Mecca, a command to free Mecca from idols and polytheism. And did you know how many people who followed him?, ya, precisely like what the verse said. He came there with his 10.000 thousand followers. The Historians agreed that he came to Mecca with 10.000 thousand people. It had became historical fact which was written by many Historians.

From His right hand Came a fiery law for them

Then, it was said that Allah would give them a fiery law. A law which would open their heart to see the truth. The law which sounded so clear and full of zeal. The saints would get the law from Him and they would believed in it.
The fiery law was nothing but Holy Koran. Allah had given this book to Muhammad as revelation which was believed by his people. Holy Koran is a book which sounded so zeal and firm in saying. It always ignites the Muslims to believe in Him and achieve the heaven as their sole aim. This book is a fiery law.

Yes, He loves the people; All His saints are in Your hand; They sit down at Your feet; Everyone receives Your words.

Muhammad and the book given to him was a form of Allah's love. He sent him to save the world from decadence. He sent him to guide the people to his loved path. He sent him to eradicate the despotism. And He sent him as a mercy for all.

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds. (Al-Anbiyaa : 107)
